2. ELIGIBILITY The promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over only, except:

• (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
• (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

3. THE PROMOTION

• 3.1. The title of the promotion is Win Your Lunch in Association with Drench Self Activation and comprises two elements, a campaign activation spin to win game and a promotional point of sale photo competition.
• 3.2. The promotional period will run between 00:01 a.m. on 01st June 2018 to 23:59 p.m. on 31st December 2018 inclusive. These dates may be extended at the discretion of the Promoter until all promotional stocks have been issued and the deadline for prize claims (as described below) may be consequentially extended. Check for details of any changes on the Drench website at www.winyourlunch.co.uk/activateterms. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
• 3.3. How to enter – Campaign self-activation spin to win
  • 3.3.1. This is an instant win online promotion.
  • 3.3.2. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
  • 3.3.3. Entrants must have a mobile phone with access to the internet to participate.
  • 3.3.4. Entrants access the promotion by scanning the relevant Snap Chat, QR code or entering the URL provided within the promotional material.
  • 3.3.5. Entrants then need to input the activation code contained within promotional pack to activate the promotional video and subsequent spin to win game.
  • 3.3.6. Winners will be those entrants who input a winning activation number into the spin to win game.
  • 3.3.7. A Paypal account is required to claim the prize. If the winner does not have a Paypal account they will be able to set one up to receive payment.
• 3.4. How to enter – Campaign self-activation point of sale photo competition
  • 3.4.1. This is a monthly prize draw, with draws being held as follows:
  • 3.4.1.1. Entries made between 1st June - 30th June 2018, the draw date will be 2nd July 2018
  • 3.4.1.2. Entries made between 1st July - 31st July 2018, the draw date will be 1st August 2018
  • 3.4.1.3. Entries made between 1st August - 31st August 2018, the draw date will be 3rd September 2018
  • 3.4.1.4. Entries made between 1st September - 30th September 2018, the draw date will be 1st October 2018
  • 3.4.1.5. Entries made between 1st October - 31st October 2018, the draw date will be 1st November 2018
  • 3.4.1.6. Entries made between 1st November - 30th November 2018, the draw date will be 3rd December 2018
  • 3.4.2. Entrants will qualify for the monthly draw in the month in which they upload their first photo.
  • 3.4.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
  • 3.4.4. Entrants must have a mobile device with access to the internet to participate.
  • 3.4.5. Entrants access the promotion by taking a photograph of their promotional display and downloading this, via their mobile device, onto the URL provided in the promotional pack, in accordance with the instructions in the promotional pack.
  • 3.4.6. Entrants will be required to submit their e-mail address to enable the Promoter’s agent to administer the promotion and contact them in the event they win a prize.
  • 3.4.7. Only one entry is permissible per location.
• 3.5. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

4. THE PRIZES

• 4.1. The prize pool for the self-activation spin to win promotion consists of :
  • 4.1.1. 5 x £50 payment paid directly into the winner’s Paypal bank account.
  • 4.1.2. 20 x £25 payment paid directly into the winner’s Paypal bank account.
  • 4.1.3. 75 x £5 payment paid directly into the winner’s Paypal bank account.
• 4.2. The prize pool for the self-activation point of sale photo draw consists of: 4.2.1. 6 x £100 payment paid via a prepaid Mastercard to be sent via the post to the winning location.
• 4.3. The cash prizes and prepaid Mastercard are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents, Just Peel Limited, Nook Office, 6 High Street, Snaith DN14 9HJ and DevClever Limited, Ventura House, Ventura Park, Tamworth, Staffs, B78 3HL.
• 4.4. Unless otherwise stated, all expenses incurred by the winners in the general use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, including but not limited to food, drink, travel and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• 4.5. The Prize is not transferable and there is no alternative offered.
• 4.6. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

5. WINNER NOTIFCATION

• 5.1. The self-activation spin to win cash prize winners will receive a message of congratulation instantly on line that they have won a Prize and a request to “claim your lunch”.
  • 5.1.1. Selecting the claim option will require the winner to provide their Paypal email address, where they will receive an email from Paypal to complete the payment. If the winner does not have a Paypal account they will be able to set one up to receive payment.
  • 5.1.2. The Promoter will retain the email address of the winners to send to Paypal for a period of up to 48 hours.
  • 5.1.3. Claims made before 3:30 p.m. will be settled within 2 days..
  • 5.1.4. The £50, £25 and £5 payments will be made by the Promoter’s agent, Dev Clever Limited, Ventura House, Ventura Park Road, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B78 3HL.
  • 5.1.5. At no point during the promotion will the Promoter have access to or require details of the winner’s bank account details.
• 5.2. The self-activation point of sale photograph winners will receive notification by the promoter’s agent, Just Peel Limited, via e-mail.
  • 5.2.1. The £100 prepaid Mastercard will be sent via registered post to the delivery address of the winning location, in accordance with the details provided to deliver the promotional pack.
  • 5.2.2. The business name and county of each of the winners will be available by sending an email to winyourlunchqueries@justpeel.co.uk
• 5.3. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize.
• 5.4. All unclaimed prizes will lapse if not the subject of valid claims and the award of which has been completed within the time limits.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 6.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. DATA PROTECTION

• 7.1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the promotion.
• 7.2. Entrants' personal data will be captured via:
  • 7.2.1. Dev Clever Limited and will be used and held in accordance with Dev Clever’s Privacy Policy, which is available here: https://www.devclever.co.uk/privacy-policy/
  • 7.2.2. The submission of e-mail addresses for the management of the self-activation promotion and photograph competition. The e-mail address is captured by the promoter’s agent, Devclever Limited, solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and to notify winning entrants. E-mail addresses are deleted 30 days after the promotion ends.

8. GENERAL

• 8.1. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
• 8.2. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
• 8.3. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
• 8.4. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• 8.5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
• 8.6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
• 8.7. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.
• 8.8. By entering the promotion entrants confirm they have the permission of any person featured in their entry to feature them or where any person featured is under 18, that they have the parent’s/guardian’s permission.
• 8.9. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 8.10. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
• The terms and conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
